It will be called Black Property Enterprise.

This will be held at a chosen hotel as a property seminar.

Our aim is to fuse traders in the building industry with a view to invest together as a syndicate. The syndicate will be buying property deals and developing them forward to then resell them at a profit.

Kim Crawford has extensive experience within the property industry which qualifies her as an industry specialist. She has also won full acclaim as Business Woman of the year early in her career.

Starting from the grass routes Kim Crawford has worked for a selection of well known Estate Agents as well as setting up her own Estate agent businesses across South London.
