Ian Irving
Ian started his show business career in 1986 

His first television appearance was on Surprise, Surprise, in 1987, And then onto the finals of New Faces also in 1987.

He has appeared in many of the most prestigious venues around the country supporting many leading performers, including Lionel Richie, Elkie Brooks, Jim Davidson, Russ Abbott, Bonnie Tyler, Smokey Robinson, The Four Tops, and The Drifters, and the Jersey Boys.

He regularly works around the world,  performing in, Cyprus, Dubai, Malta, Paris, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, and the USA, and regularly performs on cruise liners worldwide run by the major tour companies.

As a regular on the After Dinner-speaking circuit, he has worked with luminaries from varied sports including,  Sir Geoff Hurst, Sir Henry Cooper, Nick Faldo, Kevin Keegan, Lennox Lewis, Frank Bruno, Alec Stewart, Matt Dawson.

Ian has experience from both sides of the camera working as a warm up Artist for TV favourites Blankety Blank&Fast Friends with Les DawsonBrush strokes, with Carl Howman, In Sickness and in health, with Warren Mitchell, and  Bread ,he performed live on Pebble Mill, & Kilroy, Which led to a Walk on part in the TV series The Chief

He has also appeared on Celebrity Squares With Bob Monkhouse, Which led to his own half hour TV show called Stand and Deliver.

Ian is very proud and honoured to have been given the position of Captain of the Variety Club of Great Britain Golfing Society 2010
