All information conveyed through this website and our mobile applications is provided in good faith to enable easy booking, make finding venues as convenient as possible, facilitate the enjoyment of new encounters, store your profile choices and provide an active chatroom facility for use beyond the confines of our events. While CSD does its utmost to ensure accuracy in all communication we accept no responsibility for any form of loss resulting from reliance on these contents, and make no warranty as to the absolute precision of any such information.
Booking details and payments
Booking in advance through the booking page of this website or a CSD app is required to secure your place at the event(s) of your choice as specified within the app by means of its date and venue description. Bookings must be made using your legally recognised name and contact details. Payment is required at time of purchase and is non-refundable. Failure to attend a booked event by its published start time will jeopardise your place at that event and may cause forfeiture of your payment. Comedy Speed Dating is unable to guarantee the numbers, gender-balance or quality of attendees at any given event.
Cancellations and substitutions
In order to maintain the quality of events, cancellation of a reserved place must be notified to CSD at least 24 hours before the start-time of that booking by phoning our helpline (07902 2241506) or emailing info@comedyspeeddating.co.uk, as must any request to change an existing booking by means of a substitution. In either case it is incumbent upon the original participant to inform us of the change and provide the legally recognised name and contact details of their replacement, at the latest by 5pm on the day of the event. Since we do not issue refunds, wherever appropriate, non-attendance will result in the issue of a credit voucher to the full value of the unused place booking. The full value of this credit voucher may be redeemed in payment for a replacement reservation at a later event.

This includes any damages arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Comedy Speed Dating. Such damages include without limitation, physical and/or emotional injury, suffering and discomfort.
